Who Are The Hooliganz Car Club?

ABOUT THE CLUB

Hooliganz Car Club began in 2007. The Creator: Kevin Carrero

At a very young age, I was influenced by the custom car and hot rod culture. Having a father who was a custom car builder and collector, I don’t remember much time outside of the garage scene. Many long nights holding a drop light lead me into my early teens working in my grandfather’s 100 acre auto wrecking yard. It was a natural progression for me to carry the torch and operate my own custom car shop for several years.

The passion – or addiction – never leaves the soul of a true car guy. Now as a retired car collector, I enjoy meeting new builders, collectors and car scene enthusiasts. The next step was the new beginning with the creation of the Hooliganz Car Club.

I didn’t want an ordinary club with the typical bullshit politics. I didn’t want to be defined by a specific style of car. What makes the Hooliganz Car Club what it is today, simply put, is our members. Our members collectively have decades of talent and wisdom. All who have the honor of being a Hooliganz club member understand the faithful cause to keep the classic car culture alive. I am humbled to have members come together as a family to extend years of knowledge to one another, to take something left for dead in a barn somewhere and give it life to cruise another day. Be sure to check out our Member’s Shops.

We are a club whose passion is about the ride, not dues. We still exist today as a zero dues club based on this principle. We stand for the classic car culture. We believe in Hot Rods 4 Life.

Our Motto: Loyal to Those, Loyal to Us

what makes a hooliganz club member?

Hooliganz members are not created by a logo. We are born Hooliganz. Club members are people who desire the hot rod/custom car/muscle car culture. Our members know it is not necessary to meet once a week to verify what we represent. Potential members are carefully selected. And even though we may consider someone as a potential member, they must undergo a hang around time interacting with current members. We have a strict “no games, no drama, no bullshit” policy. No new members can be affiliated to any other car organizations. Being a non-dues club, only the candidates who understand what we represent will have the honor of becoming a Hooliganz member. We require all members to be dedicated and loyal.

the hooliganz are always watching

With members throughout the Western New York area, we are always on the lookout for potential new members to expand our membership into other towns and cities. Our members attend classic car events throughout the U.S. and enjoy meeting other car enthusiasts wherever we go.

If you own a hot rod shop, we would like to know about it. Please use our contact page to send us more information about your business and perhaps we can add your company information to our list of shop affiliations.
